Dr.Surakiart Sathirathai, former Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand
and former US President Jimmy Carter and Mrs. Carter, co-Leaders
of 60 Carter Center's Delegations to observe election in Nepal
are seen giving a press interview at one of the polling stations
outside Kathmandu. The Carter Center was invited by 7 major
political parties and the government of Nepal to observe the
historic election. The Center has deployed 60 people consisted
of 20 nationalities to work all over Nepal in the past 15 months.
