The Meeting between Dr.Surakiart Sathirathai, Foreign Minister of Thailand and Mr.Ricky Martin, the President of the Ricky Martin Foundation Thailand commenced its two-day Ministerial Meeting on Regional Cooperation on Tsunami Early Warning Arrangements in Phuket, Thailand. the Ministerial Meetings on Regional Cooperation on Tsunami Early Warning Arrangements was held in Phuket, Thailand. Dr. Surakiart Sathirathai, Minister of Foreign Affairs, met with Mr. Gianfranco Fini, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Italy, at the Phuket Provincial Hall. Dr. Surakiart accompanied the two former US Presidents George Bush and Bill Clinton during the visit to Phuket Province and Phang Nga Province, Thailand. 19 February 2005. Dr. Surakiart Sathirathai, Foreign Minister of Thailand led a delegation on an official visit to Banda Aceh, Indonesia.     Ms.Carol Bellamy, Executive Director of the Unicef , called on Dr.Surakiart Sathirathai, Foreign Minister at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to discuss how the Unicef could work with Thai authorities to help children in the region. The signing ceremony of the Charter of the Asian Disaster Preparedness Centre (ADPC) was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with Thailand, the Philippines, Nepal, Bangladesh, Cambodia and Pakistan as signatory states.
